Beautiful furniture and homeware that look like art pieces and each has a story to tell. Really great service and would highly recommend a visit to pick up something special for your home or for gifts!

From the captivating scents at the entrance to the oriental aesthetics inside the showroom itself, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The showroom was big; a lot bigger than the flagship store which has now been closed. There was a soothing and calm atmosphere in the showroom, just emitting good vibes all around. The icing on the cake would be the killer sunset view. Just looking at the sunset from their full panel windows with the furniture in the foreground helped me to imagine seeing that everyday, with the furniture in my home. 10/10 would recommend.

The showroom gave me great ideas on how to level up my home with accent pieces. Had to pry myself away from the super comfortable armchairs and sofas. They have nice gifts as well, perfect for Christmas and housewarming. Top notch customer service. Don’t miss out on the instagram-worthy secret door! Highly recommend a visit.

June was very patient in sharing the details of their furniture and was very accomodating to our queries and requests. Jiamin was helpful in providing information for membership account as well. And I must say, to experience Scene Shang, it is recommended to go down and "feel" the furniture. "Wow" was my first impression. A visual retreat indeed as one browses through the different display sets. Esther and June are extremely helpful as well. Esther is attentive to details, listens and suggests furniture and decorative items. Just a heads up - don't judge the Scene Shang Loft by the building it is housed in. As one exits the lift and enters the showroom, one is magically transferred to a different world altogether. I'm going back for sure - heck yes. Esther you were right to say that I won't stop at a single piece. XOXO

Especially remembered the cane sofa, and when we were looking for one this year, was very happy to find it still available. Although delivery was delayed, communication was good, and they were very prompt to exchange the seat cushions for the same firmness as the store model. Thumbs up for good service and lovely designs. A visit to their new loft store is a treat for the senses!
