★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage of AvatarOn C series. Retarded FLORESCENT locators that are as useful as a solar powered torchlight. Switches that are so poorly manufactured that they aren't 'straight' (see pics), never mind bad design that highlights any slight wall unevenness. "Universal" dimmers that AREN'T universal and can't remember the setting when switched on (goes to mid brightness despite knob on min. when switched off, never mind more complicated scenario where knob is turned when off). Rep refuses to acknowledge dimmers unfit for use, blaming LED drivers and LED lights, treating customer like an idiot that doesn't know high school science (blaming things like Wattage/load, current ratings and such, when EVERYTHING is in spec)...
