★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Mr Ng, is often unresponsive on his phone and his staff are incompetent and can't help with even the most basic of questions. After days of chasing them, they finally gave me a quotation which was WAY too overpriced, and when asked to at least match market prices, he was rude and basically told me to f off if I'm not planning to buy. Absolute waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired about scrapping services and paperwork for my motorbike. Asked about condition of motorbike. Shop initially quoted an $80 fee for scrap services. After telling that my motorbike was de-kit, suddenly fee went up to $120. Thanks but no thanks. Carousell got better services.

The boss agreed to repair my vehicle for a promised amount, following he make several claims to charge me additional premium for various parts.
He is no longer replying my messages nor answering phone calls, a total waste of time and effort.
In short, I introduce him as the black sheep in this industry.
