Second Charm - Blk 21 Kallang Avenue #05-165 Mapletree Industrial Building

We bought 2 chairs from SC. Unfortunately they got the dimensions wrong so would not go with our existing dining set (even with modifications on their end). SC was very responsive and immediately acceded to our request for a refund. Top marks for customer service!

Update: Possibly responding to the bad review, they finally reached out to collect my chair to fix it, to which there is of no surprise, no follow up to how long they are going to take to fix it, of a time line to when I would get the product back (or even some form of a receipt that they have successfully collected back my chair). The expectations weren’t high for customer service, but they still managed to not meet them. Buyers beware. I hate to leave bad reviews especially for small businesses, but when a business doesn't take its business (and customers) seriously enough to at least set expectations on their online presence/and messaging response time (incl. Whatsapp) when they list it as a valid form of contact, it needs to be called out. The reviews here on the poor response times are legit. I ordered 2 bar stools from Second Charm to be met with a severe lack of communication on when the delivery dates were available (all was silent until I chased... only to be met with someone who claimed he's just joined). I looked past that until I'm met with a long period of silence after I reached out with photos of what seemed to me, a minor defect on the chair. The delivery person had asked me to reach out to Second Charm should I have any defects and they can send someone over to fix it, so I messaged them. They asked me to send them photos (which I did), and that was back in December. We're now near the end of January, and I've not heard back to whether they're able to do something about it. As something on the side, I've recently visited Tan Boon Liat building, and I noticed similar pieces to what I've gotten to realize some of these designs aren't necessarily original. If you are able to spot these pieces, and if those furniture retailers are able to provide a better experience (and response time) than what I've gone through, I would that suggest you look there instead.

Definitely not my first time getting a furniture from second charm. Never fail to deliver Amazing design and quality furniture pieces which are totally customizable

Love their unique design and the quality of the product. Really happy about the chairs and stools that I bought recently. Although the waiting time is slightly long but it is worth it for the long wait. Second Charm will be my only place if I need any furniture in the future.

Items are charming and full of character; the team is helpful and friendly; able to accommodate our customisation requests so well. We ordered dining chairs, bar stools, armchairs and a special custom coffee table, and everything was spot-on, beautifully executed. I heard about the "Second Charm" store through a friend. I went by and ordered a set of teak dining table chairs as well as a matching bench. The items arrived a earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. While we haven't had them for very long (only used them for a few days so far) they look absolutely amazing - and very comfortable. We are super happy with our purchase and would definitely order from them again

Its my first time purchasing from Second Charm. Not disappointed! The chair came around 5 weeks, and its so beautiful! However, its a bit difficult in communicating with them as they dont have direct number to talk to. So its either whatsapp, email or Instagram message. Response a bit slow, but they will reply! Overall, im not disappointed! Will definitely purchase again, especially when on sale!!!!!!

Found out about SC through a colleague — it was my first time to their studio and first purchase of dining chairs to match our walnut table. A wide variety and options especially customisation to make it your very own - we picked two different finishes and surprisingly they worked! Ordered in March but was informed that our purchase was ready for delivery/collection in April (est. May). Would definitely purchase again, I recommend anyone to visit their studio first in case you’re unsure / would like to see their products in person. Overall great and reliable service from SC.
