★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an encounter with the security guards at a condo residence. Security guards were not only rude and interrupted us every time we tried to explain, they pushed the blame to the residents, claimed they were only following protocol and said things like..'it is not our problem that you were not informed...' That is utterly rude and uncalled for. Rigid and only cared about their jobs. How can they pride themselves as professional and courteous? Will definitely feedback to the condo management on this!
