★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rebranded from Cunningham Lindsey? One of my worst experience when I did a house partial fire claim by Ivor Khong in 2018. Had all the voice calls of him managing my claims making it difficult and passing unprofessional remarks at claim questions. He even used without prejudice terminology when he referred me a company to do claims at extortionate price when I could do the same repairs at 3x cheaper. The voice calls I saved are so frightening to listen till this point in time. Any businesses who wish to let them handle as independent third party evaluators should reconsider, please.
