Huge store of adorable toys and figurines! The outlet is really big and spacious, friendly staffs! Crowded on the weekends as this is an outlet mall.

The toys and those GKs are great in the shop But I was rudely treated by one of the female shop employee. I was holding a box which contained an "one piece" GK to take a closer look(There was no indication on the box that the GK was actually reserved by a customer and no signs near that area either). The shop employee just walked to me and told me the GK was reserved and grib the box from my hand and put it back down. It happened so fast that I did not have the time to say sorry and put it back by myself. I was shocked and feel ashamed by her action that she just grab it from my hand and walked away. It was a really and unpleasant shopping experience ever, and my gf saw I was mistreated too :(. I wouldn't visit the shop again. Btw, this review is not saying that the shop is not worth your time to visit, while the goods are actually very good. But you have to be considery and mindful with that female employee. I hope the shop owner kindly notice the mistreatment, and giving customers a great shopping experience just like the great stuffs in your shop.

price of the toys there is overpriced like, for example. one tsumtsum plush cost about $12.90? i could get mine at like $3.50 (cheapest) to $4.80(most expensive) online. should lower down the price of the tsums. wanted to get one tsum, but it's really overpriced )":

Great service experience at IMM shop. This shop sell many cute characters, anime and figurines for singaporean(s) who loves anime/manga. They have really adorable items such as pens, umbrella, plush and more! The IMM shop was just relocated and it's bigger!

The employees there are very friendly and I'm surprised that one of them come up to me and asked which anime am I into. The shop is well decorated from the inside out and it clearly wants us otakus to take a look. Besides anime merchandises, there is also Hello Kitty plush toys for sale.

Travelled across the country to look for gudetama but options were extremely limited was very disappointed but had big array or other characters like sumikko gurashi here. The prices were also slightly higher than other shops selling sanrio merch which i had went to before making my way here. Hope you guys bring in more gudetama merch and will definitely be back❤️

Horrible service from one of the shopkeepers. There were two of them in the shop when I was there with my nephew, picking out a toy for him, he’s less than 2 years old. One of the shopkeepers was very nice and patiently asked which toy does he want and was very friendly. However, when he picked up a soft toy and was holding it, it was a little too big for him and it touched the ground for a while. The other shopkeeper snatched the toy away from him immediately saying that he is dirtying it by putting it on the floor. I saw that she herself had some stains on her hand and when she tried to take the toy back the first time, it left a stain on the toy on the spot that she touched. She then tried to snatch it harder again, seems to want to blame my nephew for dirtying the penguin soft toy. My nephew had a shock and cried but she didn’t seem to care and just went on the dust the toy. Needless to say, I was disgusted by the service and left without buying a single thing. Will never step into the shop again.
