Elad was professional, sincere, friendly, and the rates he offered were mostly better (really much better in some cases) than the rates quoted us in the three other places we tried. In the one instance where it wasn't, he was willing to match the price. There was no pressure at all and we never felt hassled at any point. Great experience!

I was trying to sell some of my old jewellery since I no longer wear them and which I had kept aside for a long time. I went to a few pawn shops and asked for their prices and I was appalled by the prices they are offering me as they only weigh the grams of gold. Agnes, who was the customer relations officer contacted me and offered to do a appraisal for my jewellery and she had been very warm and nice since our first conversation. I felt very comfortable with her and she had been very accommodating in trying to allocate a timing for me to meet her boss who was doing the appraisal for the prices for my jewellery. And I was surprised to know that they actually valued the diamonds on the jewellery and had offered a much higher prices than what I’ve expected. Very pleasant selling experience. They specially arranged to meet me on a Sunday even though it is their off day. Guides with pictures were clearly provided with each step to ensure I can find their office. They are also very professional and knowledgeable Will definitely recommend !
