★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if it's a lack of education, or plain old selfishness, but people here don't seem to care about the noise they make. Be it the driver sounding their vehicles' horn(sometimes in the early morning, or late at night), to the person blasting their(horrible taste in) music to the neighbourhood, to the parents just standing by and doing nothing while their child screams their lungs out. There are loud vehicles coming and going almost 24/7 and the proximity of the buildings just amplify the sounds. The estate gets 2 stars because it is generally quite clean and well kept.
