Sembawang Town Council - 504C Canberra Link

Situated at the ground floor of the building provide easy access to the council for rendering of services. There is a connected sheltered linkway if you align at the first sight of the coffeeshop 505 Fu Chan (富城)if you are taking bus from the direction of Sun Plaza. The location is close to two MRT stations, Sembawang MRT and Canberra MRT, the walk from with MRT should be around 10 to 15 minutes. Next to town council is Hao Mart Convenience store and a Fu Chan Coffee Shop. Sun Plaza is just a stone throw away too. What make the location even special is the amenities that will be coming up soon. Across the road, there will be a new community integrated hub coming up, named Bukit Canberra, which will be open within a year or so. It will house hawker centre, polyclinic, senior care centre and swimming pool, etc. A tranquil environment where Sembawang Park is less than 2 km away means you can have a brisk walk to keep fitness and health with you if you wish. Canberra and Sembawang are both good places for living, not to the business of Woodlands where it is going to be the regional centre and Yishun where NorthPoint will be the focus where resident will be thinking of at weekend or holiday for shopping. Bukit Canberra will also be the new place for community of Canberra and Sembawang to come together interact, commune and learn together. This is the Sembawang GRC's town council in the North. For residents of Sembwawang or Canberra, this is a certainly a nice comfortable kampung/environment to live and play, you got to be here to experience it.

Called them and made an appointment for bulky furniture removal on 21st April for them to come today 24th April (1-3pm)...the officer who took my call asked me to shift the King Size mattress outside my house...waiting for them the whole day..it is now past 8.30pm...my king size mattress is still outside my house...sent them FB messages but no reply all at all....very disappointed

Like my town council fast action.. The trees outside is very near to my bedroom. Everyday sure will welcome some insects in to my room. I need to close up my room window day and night. I cant stand it anymore decided to call up town council to trim it. Wow few days later the trees had been trim and now I can open my window. Fresh air and now i know actually from my room window I can see nice view of my little garden downstairs. Really appreciate alots to the workers. ?????

The block void deck chair and tables never ckeaned for weeks and minths .despite numerous phinecalls to tc they treat thise rubbush as transparent. Panel alram sounds for weeks they also ignore it. Totally rubbish tc and the one who mannage them.i dont even want to give any star.

I am really concerned about the dengue cluster area at Admiraty, looks like very little improvement. need more awareness to residence and non residence. it could be one of the reason, our grass is too long, easily trap water, if the foreign worker from the dormitory cannot cut the grass now, can we engage Singaporean and PR for these temporary jobs?

Wondering if the officer on duty would take a look at areas around our block 689 Woodlands Dr 75 onwards? It seems that most residents staying on ground floor having own compound like putting coffee tables, hanging clothes all near the staircase. What if in case got emergency like fire? How are they going to run for their life with all these obstructing them? Pls consider the safety for the resident staying above. Thank you.

Bad service. Arranged 15 January 1-3pm to remove a dining table. Reconfirm around 2plus. It's confirmed in the system. 3pm no one came. 4plus follow up, promised before 5pm. Empty promises. 5plus, will come ASAP.

The old bicycle parking area have been overcrowded at block 508C even though the new bicycle was open up. Hope that you can attended to this matter as it hinder walkway for residents.
