Quite responsive actually...owner (uncle) & lead foreman did search but no available parts...he found one but previous model...looking for passat CC right hand side mirror...overall 4 stars...

Convience and cheap parts..easy to get...

They are not an authorized LTA scrap yard, hence they cannot perform immediate online car deregistration on LTA website after you drop your car with them. After selling them car at "body value", you have to send the car to them, then go LTA to deregister the car yourself. Additional work. The above is not the worst part. Worst is you are at their mercy as to when they will export or scrap the car. If Seng Hup dont do either (scrap or export car) within a (one month), LTA not just will not release "paper value" to you, they will issue you a formalised letter on "what happened to your deregistered car". It is a legal matter as I understand from my visit to LTA. My last experience 1 year before with Kheng Heng (authorised LTA scrapyard at Sungei Kadut) was so much more assuring and hassle free. Kheng Heng is a one-stop shop, much easier. Hence, for about the same "body price" I would rather go with Kheng Heng in future. I AM NOT promoting Kheng Heng here, but suggesting one should go with an LTA authorized scrap yard should you decide to DIY a scrap car yourself. Check LTA website for list of authorised scrap yard and avoid Kheng Heng by all means. Another thing was Seng Hup tried to hassle me for lower car body price than verbally agreed on phone when I went to their shop to collect payment. Reason was the condition of my car ... It's a scrap car, condition as described to them !! Now, what next could one expect from dealing with Seng Hup ??? I for sure will avoid them like a plague .... No thanks

1st bad service 2nd impatience 3rd will not recommend 4th engage at ur own risk overall bad customer service ! asking questions is like owning them something ! If like this i think better dont put the number for people to enquire

Excellent service by the staff that dealt with my car that was due for scrap despite me coming in during his lunch time. Explained patiently to me the different procedures and charges if any and which method was the most beneficial to my circumstances. I've informed them the faults of my car beforehand, after checking, he confirmed the quote which was agreed on initially through our telecommunication. Quote given was much higher than other scrapyards and online platforms. The entire process was quick and he immediately handed me the check after it was done. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The staff is very responsive to my questions about car scrapping, process and costs. They were frank and upfront about how I will benefit financially and the time it will take overall. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I took a few quotes and they offered the best rates. On the whole, the process was seamless for me and there wasn’t any issues in the transaction. Thanks to “New Seng Hup” for recommending this place. ??

Atrocious. Parts i bought cannot even last. Dont waste my time if the parts are not in good state pls. No wonder ppl buy from Sin Seng Hup instead
