β β β β β Location is good as the road infront is a main road & quite wide, easy excess for the fire engines & ambulances when responing to emergency calls.The site is good as it is amost at the boundary of Sengkang Town & Hougang Town, so it can attend to emergencies from both towns.Tumps up for the servicemen and staffs of the station.

β β β β β Visited the fire station for its weekly open house every Saturday at 9-11am and it was very fun, engaging and educational. The personnel were very kind, approachable and helpful, providing visitors with valuable and knowledgeable insight about the station, apparatus and equipment etc. and had no problem with answering our questions. Time well spent.

β β β β β It was crowded on the first day of open house after so long due to the pandemic. Despite that, my family had a pleasant experience. The staff at the station gave clear instructions on how they were going to manage the crowd and gave us estimates along the way. They also offered to help us out with anything while we waited. There were many nice things to see at the open house and the firemen were very approachable in explaining the different things they used there. It's nice to know that they go beyond their daily duties to serve the public in this manner!
