★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait for bus no. 163 is ridiculous. It started from 2 mins, to 9 mins and finally 6 mins. Of which, none of the buses that were supposed to arrive arrived. It is not about the wait that was ridiculous, but the constant changes in expected arrival that makes one frustrated. In the process of alternating between 2-9-6 mins, multiple no. 163 buses came and stopped by the side, making one wonder if that was ”THE” bus. Please review your arrival time estimations if you’re unable to deliver that range of promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the bus interchange with lesser commuters and very quiet.Terminal is kept very clean and bright.Thus, provide clear exit direction.Very accessible interlink to the nearby MRT,LRT, malls,hawker centre and other public amenities.Buses waiting departure time lapse is very short and consistent.Service staffs are very helpful and informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well maintained underground depot. All of the trains are shining despite operated for years. There is a very well defined protocol inside the depot. Surely SBS is doing much better than SMRT in terms of safety and maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern large bus depot for maintenance of SBS Transit trains. Reachable by two LRT stations Tongkang and Rebjong. Plenty of fasciitis including canteen and groceries. Conveniently located in the neighbourhood hartland two LRT stations to Sengkang MRT station and bus interchange Compass One Kopitium Square with plenty of dinning shopping supermarket banking library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for groups expats locals visitors and families.
