After I made my payment, I unable to access the link that they sent me for checking my order status. Called their office number for many days, no one picked up or call me back. WhatsApp their line also no one reply me at all. I am worrying that am I being SPAMMED. Anyone able to help me with this issues ?

Put in an order for Jevity 3 cartons on 20th June 2022 (Mon), and the order was confirmed on 21st June 2022 (Tues) and was told the order will be delivered in 1-3 working days. However, until today (28 June 2022), no goods have been received. Contacted the customer service on all available platforms (email, FB, live chat, WhatsApp) no reply. I called the customer service hotline multiple times, but no one picked up. This is a very disappointing experience, and I am not even sure this shop is legit? Please beware of this Shop. And I hope to get some response from the shop. -------------------- Stop using an autonomic bot to reply! I have already emailed yesterday (27 June) and was told via an automatic reply bot.that I should received assistances within 1 working day ---------- Finally got the milk after 5 working days. The customer service officer reached out as well indicating the shipment was delayed. It would be good if the customer is kept.in the loop. And please make sure you have enough stock before you made any order from them.
