If can no star rating, will do so. Bought 2 ceiling fans from this shop 12 Jan, their electrician came in to fix the fan on 19 Jan. Managed to fix 1 only, and it worked upon installation that afternoon. Subsequently, when we switch on the fan at night, only the lamp worked, the fan refused to budge. Trying to contact the salesperson, who claimed he will get in touch with the agent. And then he went missing, not responding to msg, not picking up call. Totally disappointed with this. He was very good and service orientated when we were at the showroom. Convinced us to get the higher price fan, @ $299 & $499 each saying $199 fans will not be as good.

Staff were definitely in a rush to do sales. Without really fully understanding the needs of customers. Keep trying to sell their fans. Their sinks and lights aren't cheap at all, compared to other shops. I travelled all the way to this out of no where place, only to be disappointed.

Ceiling fan salesman Andy Lau — stick to his music, skip his ceiling fans…! We were initially taken in by his explanation but something felt amiss when he kept pressuring me to place an immediate order even though I explained many times that I needed more time to consider the design further with my ID and take detailed measurements. Later I checked online, his so-called discounted price (which he “specially slashed” 3 times for me) was still $80 above other retailers. Sharing this review so that others can make an informed decision.

I have bought a total of 6 fans over a period of time. Good customer service by Marc. Not pushy at all and will give good recommendation based on your needs and budget. Installation is arranged promptly.

I went to this showroom two months ago. When I went there was to buy a ceiling fan, but a girl named Julia was so nice that I bought everything I needed for the new house. Although she is in charge of kitchen and toiletries, she has a good understanding of the ceiling fan and points to the right brand. He also explained the differences between induction hob and ceramic hob and recommended a good brand. She also helped me find the information I needed the day after the purchase. She is very helpful and friendly. The items she recommends are also very satisfying when my home renovation is complete. Big thanks to this showroom and Julia ~~~

1. The shop location is quite remote but if you think their prices should be cheaper due to this reason, then you're wrong, and they know this mentally of their unprepared customers to charge their higher which I realized myself after purchase. 2. As many others mentioned, they'll always try to sell the more expensive products and fans to you first with their self-proclaimed 'heavy' discount, regardless if you really need them. 3. Was attended by T**k for my last purchase of few thousand $$. Thought he was friendly at first but attitude changed right after sales, including his reluctance to answer my simple questions and always waited few days to reply them whenever I left message. Even got upset when my reno got delayed unexpectedly by my contractors and told me to contact his fan contractor to arrange my own installation. Their fan contractor was much more friendlier and understanding to my surprise, and even agreed with me they don't like this shop attitude too. 4. Poor quality products - LED bulbs supposed to last for many years but theirs broke down in few months. No warranty provided and I was told to pay $16 to replace each bulb which has no brand and no basic power ratings/specs printed on the surface. I found the same brandless bulb eventually at Taobao, which cost me just $3 include shipping! 5. I used to deal with the previous shop owner and had very good impression for his service then, hence I returned for my second home lights/fans purchases. That owner has retired and passed business to his son now apparently. This purchase will be my last from the shop.

I was being served by Julia who is very knowledgement in bathroom accessories and ceiling fan, she is not pushy and keep us informed of the items available, SnB you are fortune to have a responsible staff like her. Will definitely look for her again

Went and placed an order about 2 months ago for a KDK ceiling fan (Black) and was assured by the staff that there was ready stock at that point in time and they would set it aside for our new place. Specifically asked whether there was a chance that closer to the delivery date I would lose this stock to someone else and was told by the lady boss that this would not happen, as they would already set aside their ready stock for me. Paid the deposit and left, as I know many places would not have given me this kind of promise. Alas, a week before delivery I received a call and was told that the black KDK fan had been delivered to someone else, there was no certain date on when stock will come in and I had to make a decision whether to settle for the white, or get another brand which they had been trying so hard to sell us when we first went down. Reluctantly told them okay, we will settle for the white one (Because what other choices did we have?), but to please let us know when or if the black becomes available. That was the last communication with them. Did not even bother to reply to that Whatsapp. These things do happen, I get it. But if you cannot deliver, don't promise.
