Very crowded place, helpful staff.

Personally went to Little India ST on 8 Dec 21. Waited for 90 mins before called. The staff Rajan handled our request to purchase ticket for our helper coming from India. I was told to apply Safe travel via online before the issuance of ticket. Barely 5mins whilst online and about to finish, I was asked to go behind and take a seat so that he could entertain another client. As I was about to sit, the safe travel was approved but he continued to entertain the other client for another 25 mins. His attidude and raising of voice to tell me to wait in order to earn commission from another client was his priority. In total I wasted 3 and half hours of my precious time and went back eith a nasty experience. The staff Rajan is not fit to work in front desk.

Very helpful and courteous staff. I had a query on the recently updated covid guidelines and the staff member very patiently explained the situation and the possible options. I guess it is because of such good service that there are always a bunch of customers in the office... But the wait is worth it if you prefer to walk instead of calling in. Thanks guys!

I am writing this review as a feedback to Serangoon Travels (ST) Management and to clients who would approach them for a Malaysian visa. My FDW went to ST to apply for a multi-entry Malaysian visa. She was to visit our relatives in JB with us. After an hours wait in the queue, the clerk at the desk after examining her documents - passport, work permit, vaccination certificate (not notarized) issued by MOH, and photograph told her they require a notarized vaccination certificate and a letter from the host confirming the destination address. There was also no application forms given to complete for the visa, which was unusual. She was told to take a photo of the printout on the table which states the requirements and return later with photocopies of the documents, etc. for application. A week later, when my FDW returned to submit the application and documents, she was told that the letter from the host was inadequate because it did not have the photo and Malaysian NRIC imprinted on the letter. The clerk also asked for the completed visa application. The Malaysian visa form is a pdf file on Malaysian Embassy website which cannot be filled and printed. It needed to be type filled and not hand-written. Today, when she finally went to ST for submission, she was told all these could have been done for a fee - $10 for a JB hotel address and $20 to printout the notarized vaccination certificate. My question is, why make the poor lady make a few trips, wait in the queue and stress her out on the issue. If there was a fee for the services just say so in the first instance, publish it on your website or post it on your window. We would have gladly done so. I hope, ST Management review their procedures related to this matter. More importantly, also train your front desk clerks to communicate courteously. Thank You. Cramon Chenteley

recent bad experience , when call ST for book ticket on Malaysian Airlines from SG to Chennai , they said 700$ without check-in luggage . On next day when check it on Airline website , actual ticket is only 684$ including 20 KG check-in luggage . The sales agents are so ignorance and irresponsible on the customers request .We approaching travel agencies due to some critical situation only .. But they are soo ignorant . Its a lesson learning for myself .

Applied for dubai visa here. Easy going people and the application completed within 10 mins and received my visa after 5 working days. Recommend place for all your visa applications, ticket and group tour bookings.

Best travel agency ? went for applying malaysia visa. The process was done in 5 mins very fast. Also they replied to all my DMs very fast...very reliable. Just make sure u bring all the documents correctly then will be faster
