★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a job interview 8yrs ago, they toured me ard and started talkin abt working hrs, culture, lasted for close to an hr with the boss talkin non stop. The only thing he asked was what is the monthly pay u are asking for. I said i believe the coy has its own salary structure but he refused to accept that and pressed for a number. I then said 3k is a reasonable amount for a fresh grad and that was it. He talked for another 5mins and it ended. Seemed like they decide on the hiring based on what amount u ask for, not wad u can bring to the firm. Listed on sgx but operate more like a small scale family based
