Unhelpful and defensive attitude when asking why emails and phone calls were not answered promptly

There was no complain about this company until today. We faced with a bad incident with a staff of Branch Employment by the name of Mary-Anne who is located at Far East Shopping Centre. We created a group chat including with myself, my husband and her for discussions at the beginning of the hiring process. In Mar this year, we approached her to quote on the home-leave package service, which she provided us the price. However, we did not take the offer as it was not so competitive. Today, we have asked her for comments / guidance on something else in her profession (nothing to against her) but she expressed in rude way, saying that as we did not choose to renew the helper’s permit with her company and then she left the group chat. Then, she blocked my contact number, which was really something unbelievable. If she was able to tell us in a polite way, certainly we would not contact her for the matter nor approach her again for anything else. It was clearly rude to treat a customer in this way. We thought of keeping a good dialog with her so that in future should we hire a new helper when needed, we would reach out to her and her company but with this behaviour, it give me no choice but raising my voice in this public comment area on the Branch Employment. I will never come back to the Branch Employment due to them having this sort of staff. The staff presents the company’s culture and I do not have good experience with.
