Received inconsistent commitments to the repair of my lenovo laptop (work), only to have the manager state that it is impossible for said commitments. Also, their customer service said to call back, which never happened. I had to call back to check again for status. I will give 0 stars if there is such an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The replies from their staff Rional and Fatin are inconsistent. Each will take turns to reply the same email thread and say different things.
On the scheduled service day, which was scheduled between 12-5pm. The technician called at 5pm to say he be late and whether he can come after 7pm. After i insisted, he say he be at my place within 15mins, which he did...which made the whole wait so puzzling.
The technician dismantled the back cover then put it back All done in lesser then 5mins. No diagnostics done, which was actually what i paid $160 for.
These actions really makes one wonder whether this company is a fraud, really messy internally or both.
Don't go to them. The poor service at Lenovo Centre is 5 star compared to what you be getting from ServLink Tech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this 3rd party was used by razer as 3rd party courier to collect my RMA product.
Courier stole said product and razer email stating that they did not receive the product.
Update: somehow after putting a review and making a fuss with razer.
razer received the mouse and said courier send it in 2 package.
