This is supposed to be the dealer for GIAC tuning but stay away from them. I got much better service and the product I wanted from the Malaysian dealer.

The admin lady still give me the kind of xxxx look as if my fault and keep insisting that i was wrong. Boss also same tactics.avoid at all cost.unless you want to get ripped off later on.

Then I asked Dennis for a second opinion. He did a check and told me that only one rear suspension needs to be replaced. I found him to be honest and fair. I had no problem since the replacement, saving me about $700. I have been coming to Servo Autowerkz to service since then (a year ago), servicing my car and bringing to tip top condition as I decided to extend my car COE for 10 years. I highly recommend Servo Autowerkz for servicing Audi cars.

Then I received messages from Mr R about the price of changing filters n fluids. I was shocked that t price was so much higher than t quotation. I questioned him why. He told me t admin staff quoted me wrongly, it was standard price. But t filter he gg to charge me was x2 than t quotation. I thought we should follow t quotation cannot anyhow charge, I feel like I lost t trust n confident on him n t car workshop. End up I just did minimum. I will not go bk again.
