★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them about iu problem. Mumbled something and then hung up on me after less than 20 seconds, leaving me saying "hello?" Multiple times after. Very rude customer service and an establishment that I personally won't trust my motorcycle with.
If customer service is this bad, I wouldn't be surprised if the quality of work is as shoddy as this.

Replaced both front and rear tyre at $60 and $65 (total $125) for my yamaha lc135 on January 2021. I didn't check it when tyre done installed and no receipt is provided. Found that tyre crack after one month using when i do my oil change servicing at other motorcycle shop. The technician told me that tyre is 2years old stock. Called siew mai motor They say can't do anything and said this is supplier problem. Hope that other Customer can double check after the tyre installation is done. I believe the boss also never notice it is old stock, if they know it and they r still selling that will be consider as cheating.
