May 27, 2020 Inefficient line system and bad mannered staff. Around 9pm I stopped by to buy a bottle of Perrier. As I was waiting in line, a Korean guy cut in front of me breaking the social distance. As I politely reminded the Korean and the staff who was collecting the Korean’s order, the staff ignored me. This is very unhelpful and impolite. I do not recommend this place at all. Please go to the 7-eleven next door that has much better service.

the price is not too expensive for that place. but THE STAFF was RUDE(i borrowed the pic), my boyfriend asked to add on ice cream and asked is it coconut ice cream. he showed us attitude and talked with his voice. really? there is no one can work for the shop?

Rude staff. I called him three times at cashier and pretended not to listen. I know he is busy but at least respond and say ”wait awhile”. I advice you tell your staff not to give customers silent treatment, they are in service industry learn to be more customer service oriented.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN SINGAPORE! My wife wanted a slice of watermelon. The cashier picked up a piece that looked a little banged up. My wife politely asked if she could have the slice next to it instead. The cashier said, "You cannot choose. They are all the same." I responded, "If they are all the same, then what is the difference if we get the other slice?" The manager was called--over a slice of watermelon?! The manager repeated that we "cannot choose." I said, "So, if they are the 'same', we have to buy the piece that you picked, even if it looks banged up and unappetising?" She said, "Correct, you cannot choose." What nonsense is this! I said, "Forget it, put it back. I will just get the water." Thinking back, I should just have returned the water and walked away. Fellow tourist beware-- You must buy the fruit slice they pick for you no matter how unattractive and unappetising it looks, "you cannot choose". I made a mental note to not buy another item from any SF store again in Singapore. Hopefully, this is a one off unpleasantry for us here in Singapore

Refreshing drink but a little expensive. Great spot for tourists, cyclists to hang out. Windy place. Watermelon Soursop($5.50) Nice.
