She's very accommodating, most importantly, the price they offered was fair. The whole transfer process was done within half an hour, towing, COE rebate, all taken care of. I'm glad I found them, keep up the good work guys.

I recently scrapped my Mercedes Benz 200E W124 model, which likely isn't the highest in terms of body scrap value, or easiest to resell to fellow vintage car enthusiasts. Christina and Ian from the firm were excellent and friendly in their service to me. My car's left front tyre was punctured and hence needed towing away. Fortunately, and thankfully, SG Car Scrap was able to provide this towing service for peace of my mind. The handover was prompt as I had provided numerous photos of my car to Christina, so no "subject-to-viewing" was needed. They also gave me the full COE rebate during handover via PayNow, so I do not need to wait that 1-2 weeks for LTA to refund me this quantum. Ian also provided me additional reminders to terminate my HDB parking to get the pro rata refund back. From initial contact via their website to handover, it was no more than 2 days. Highly recommended.
