SG Investigators - #04-03 People's Park Centre

This review is not a feedback Its for public interest. This group of Private Investigators are incorrigible and betrayers. I believe the review made by their client “Ghost Snoopy”. The Private Investogators cheated their Boss and their clients while working in other agencies. Please take note this is not a fake review. I had very bad experience with this agency’s Private Investigators in the past. I hope the police will look into such unethical practises in Singapore soon. Their backgrounds are Insurance Saleman, Marine Ship suppliers, Yellow pages salesman and Remiesers. They are there to just take fast money and not delivering their services. They use ex-police officer’s name to run their business to make fast money. When engage them don’t pay first until they deliver their services with photographic evidences. Also be aware of another group of Private Investigators from “International Investigator” located at Rochor Centre which belongs to the same Private Investigators. You may get cheated and betrayed again.

Hi, I have nothing against your company, but am very offended by your unjustifiable, irresponsible responses and allegations. I am a mere employee working for over thirty years for Dr Magnum. We were informed by clients, these three websites International Investigator, SG Investigators, and CS International, are managed by the owner of this agencies who was an ex-yellow page salesman to attract more clients. Although our boss does not feel a need to retaliate these futile allegations against him, I deeply feel I have to say something to prevent innocent people being preyed upon by your company in Singapore. We have been the industry leader for almost forty years. You are aware you have been illegally exploiting and using our trademark “catch cheating spouse” for some time for your survival. No other companies in the industry can show evidences like what Dr Magnum is able to show on his website. In my view, no private investigator in Singapore can fit his shoe, therefore, there is no reason for our company to make fake reviews. In fact, some of your company’s current employees were our ex-employees whom could not perform to provide strong proper evidences for our clients. Personally, I have seen how the boss, Dr Magnum work. A simple search on the vast web would show all the 5-stars reviews from the bottom of their own hearts, attached with their case numbers, which can be referred to, if needed, from our case numbers. However, this is not the case for your company. I have no offense, but your company has a terrible business perception. On several occasions, we have have had numerous negatives feedbacks from your ex-customers about you cheating their hard-earned money, behaving like a fish out of the pond, desperate for survival. Fortunately, we have managed to helped them clear the mess you have made. Being the industry leader and seeing your unprofessional feedbacks to your clients, I am deeply saddened why are you not responsible for your actions? A professional company would never react this way. You should respond to your client feedbacks with professional ethics, and not point fingers back to them or your competitors, shunning responsibilities. Making such allegations against your own clients and your ex-employer does not make yourself look good, but counterproductive. I was planning to give you a one-star review for cheating your clients, but decided to give you an additional star for your efforts. You plan, God decides your success.
