★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was massive water leak in the toilet system, leaking to the floor. Called other plumbers and was advised to change out the whole toilet system. However, when I contacted this shop, they skilfully replaced the inside piping of the toilet bowl without needing to hack the whole toilet system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 5-year-old toilet flush system was not working well though another plumber changed the pump a year ago. Sg plumbing diagnosed it as inlet/outlet issue via video and provided a reasonable quote. The flush worked just like a new system after repair. They also helped to fix my tap foc. A month later the water level got very low. Though it had nothing to do with the change of inlet/outlet pipe, they came down to fix the issue at no charge too. Highly recommend them for their professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt in replying to WhatsApp enquiries, and transparent in providing a quote. My kitchen tap experienced water hammer for a couple of months and started leaking this week. I was quoted a lower price by another company, but decided to go with William as he appeared experienced and was confident about being able to replace our tap despite the narrow and tight under-sink space. True enough, he got to work immediately once he reached and was done within 10 minutes.
Was told of 1-month product warranty and 3-month labour warranty, which is of great assurance. Helpful too and offered to quickly install our water filter on the new tap, and answered a few noob questions I had about water pressure and lifespan of kitchen taps. Would recommend him to family and friends for plumbing issues.
