I bought Apple Watch from this website, watch cannot turn on, I call immediately they asked me go to apple instead, they don’t do any exchange of refund, no action will be taken from their end. My brand new Apple Watch failed to power up the first time I’ve opened it. This might not be their fault but their after service was what’s horrible.
All they did was redirected me to Apple, asking me to send my brand new watch for servicing and refusing to do a 1 to 1 exchange.
Their attitude was very bad and never for once apologised for our experience or tried to make amends in any way!
Horrible experience. Would just buy directly from Apple for the same price!
