Sghandystore - 27 Woodlands Industrial Park E1

We ordered a metal trolley (big) from this online store, Sghandystore via Shopee platform. The delivery was fast and item was wrapped nicely, great packaging received!!! Took us awhile to unwrap it. At first we were delighted to receive it and as we were unwrapping the item, we found a huge & deep dent on the front of the trolley. The damaged was bad that even we wanted to close an eye to accept the item... it is really unacceptable to pay for a new item at this kind of condition. The delivery was on a Saturday and we feedback to the seller on the same day. Through the Shopee message box, we are able to see that the seller was online and their last seen was when. The seller didn't bother to reply though they were seen online for the entire two days. We then proceed to give our honest feedback on their product rating via the Shopee platform where we bought the item. The seller responded after we posted our review on their page and accused us for making false claims & blocked us from messaging them. Item was wrapped nicely, no damage to the wrapping but inside damaged. It's doubtful that the courier handled poorly. This is so unprofessional and dishonest business.
