customer service is very rude , one food test sample cost 1mil dollar.

Terrible experience. Very rude customer service over the phone by an old uncle..... I don't even want to trust their capability....

Super lousy service, the staff is very very rude. First time calling and ask for their service, an old uncle pick up the phone and shout at me to send enquiry by email. Such a bad experience.

I was reaching out to check if SGSTL can do Magnetic strength check. The person whom i reached out through 9668 9770 was not willing to talk AT ALL and keep insisting to send details and then talk FULL STOP. It appears to be very rude and i was trying my best to get some details on their capability and lead time, but very disappointing. The after sending all the details by email, next day i received an email asking for details, which i cant understand. When called again to the same person, then still insist to send further details by email and said CANNOT discuss by email. Not sure if he behaved such as the required info not available for him. But, i pity for the attitude shown. I wouldn't recommend to use their service. Again, very very poor attitude.
