You inconvenienced me to reapply, stating it would only take a few minutes. I believed you and reapplied.
I get the email response that you are unable to process cos I might already have an account ...NOT helpful.
I call the telephone number stated in the email but it tells me โhigh call volumeโ & to confirm my contact telephone number by pressing โ1โ. I press โ1โ, only to be told you are experiencing โtechnical difficulties".
Wowwww! Thatโs the high standards of SGX?
How can I get you to expedite my account opening?

โ โ โ โ โ SGX is really shameless to call themselves "Asiaโs leading and trusted market infrastructure"!
Only just yesterday they finally woke up from a more than two-decade old process of giving users a link to a form to be downloaded, printed, completed, and mailed back just to update an email address.
But now even SingPass is not enough to do it and they insist that the mobile app must also be installed???
