★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a half day tour which we paid for which we were kept waiting at our hotel for 20 minutes and then kept waiting in the bus transfer station for over half an hour for a fifteen minute bus trip to the zoo and to top it off left to our own devices and then we're not able to go on the river cruise which we originally had paid for then asked to be back at the bus pick up point with no apology or sorry or Evan a refund. In other words a half day trip which was shortened to a 2 hour trip. Very poor. At the bus transfer station they tried to sell us extra trips. Never again they take your money and then leave you to your own devices.
