★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Shake Shack burgers and I liked it. Beef patty is juicy and the one I liked most is the chicken bites, whole chicken meat, not those minced meat nuggets.

I tried the pandan milkshake which is a Singapore exclusive, had the shack stack burger and it tasted delicious as always. Loved the atmosphere and decoration, a cool branch to check out if you’re in Gardens by the Bay~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Smoke Shack and it is quite good. The bacon makes a big difference. Also ordered the cheese fries and chocolate shake. The fries were a little disappointing. I think just normal fries might be better. The chocolate shake was pretty normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always mouth watering good burgers! Ingredients are always fresh. Consistent quality. Love how they allow you to personalize your burger. Friendly & helpful staff. Indoor and outdoor seating available. TIP: Weekend lines are very long though. If you want to avoid the long waiting time in the heat, come on a weekday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another decent Shake Shack branch at a very convenient location. The burgers and fries are on par with the high standards of this chain. Quite short waiting times at the off hours of our meal here. Another plus is the location just between the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome, so makes an excellent lunch spot on a tourist itinerary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the self checkout kiosk, very efficient and even had a buzzer to buzz when food is ready for pickup. Ordered to go and were packed very neatly. Fries tasted as good as eating in stores. But the burgers were very different from eating in stores. Patties were dry and tough. Do eat there fresh and hot instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shake Shack is an American hamburger brand and this is my first time here. The food experience is super good, better than I thought.
The restaurant is very clean and tidy, staffs are always walking around to guide customers and the interior design is so identical to Starbucks: greenish, modern and simple. The menu is shown everywhere from a large screen monitor and order machine next to it where you can easily see.
I ordered hamburgers, fries, ice-blended drink and an ice-cream. The food is so so so delicious, the beef is so soft and tender and juicy. I can't describe how tasty it is until I started my first bite. The fries is also so amazing. Ice-cream and the drink are also very good. I will definitely come back here again. This place is a self-service restaurant so customer will do everything including clear the tray on table to the tray return.
I recommend this restaurant. If anyone visits the Flower Dome, just have lunch or dinner here, worth your money ???
