H	Hayden Choo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pump your own petrol here. Pump attendants tend to leave scratches near fuel cap. 3rd or 4th time it has happened, especially obvious on an all black car. Not sure if it is from using the fuel pump tip itself to push shut your car’s petrol door cap after filling, or what else. Even the after service of using wiper blade to clean windows, attendant’s belt will rub against your car’s panel as they go up and down in wiping motion, leaving scratches. Until the attendants can appreciate not depositing their scratches, or palm prints while leaning all over the car waiting for the fuel to be filled, every time I will have to get out and fill the fuel myself.
A	Aloysius Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there and attempted to get my bicycle tyres pumped and for some reasons it seemed like air was not going into my bicycle. Then an uncle shouted across the petrol pump area and said that I was pumping it the wrong way. Then, another staff named "Nimit (if my memory did not fail me)", ran towards me and helped me pump my tyres. I am really appreciative of what the staff from this Shell outlet did for me even though I was not there as a paying customer. This gesture truly warmed my heart.

V	ViJi Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this petrol station for a car wash yesterday. Had to wait for a long while as there was a long queue. The pricing were clearly shown on a signboard near the entrance to the carwash and I was prepared to pay $11 as mine was a saloon car. However, after the wash, I was charged $15! I understand that CNY is round the corner but they should have updated the signboard so that customers could make an informed decision. Or they could have verbally informed the customers before starting the wash. Felt like a rip-off.
