I have been filling up petrol as it is nearby my premise. I went there because it is convenient. The attitudes of the staff are not good. When they see you coming in, they will pretend that they could not see you. I saw that in many other customers as well as me. Very disappointing.

I am a regular as this petrol station is close to my work place so I had good experience because nothing went wrong. The moment of truth in service is when an issue happens. Few weeks ago, I had a horrible experience at this Shell petrol station. I was late for an appointment with my kids in the car but I needed petrol so my bad for poor planning. Went to this station very early in the morning with only 2 cars at the station, saw a staff sitting down without assisting me to pump petrol. There were no customer at the cashier counter and when I was about to make payment, a senior staff was guiding a new staff and ignored me. After that with the guidance of the senior staff, they made an error processing my charges and did not give me the error slip from the credit card machine until I ask for it. Staff did not explain to me what happened to my charges until I ask. When asked about the message on the slip, the senior staff could not reply me and went to look for the manager. At this point, my kids are in the car for 10 mins and I need to start my car. Please note that the station is small and it took them 5 mins to look for the manager. When they found the manager, she was strolling to the cashier counter. It is when I said I am in the hurry then she started walking fast. Thereafter, I asked what happened to the charges, she said in a rude tone that it was not charged and if I do not believe I can call the bank. OMG at this point, I have spent close to 20 mins in the station. In the end, I cancelled my appointment.

Today 14/10/19 at 1.33pm i was paying for my petrol at cashier oper. 111111, sale 1-2972. After paying, i have another transaction of buying cigarette. I dont mixed receipt for my transaction. Am still infront of the cashier. But this chinese lady cashier called another customer. I told her i have not finish, but she ignored me n serve another customer. Am still standing in front of her annoyed by her un professional behavior. Hope the management can look into this. Please reply.

Always pump my petrol here. The old chang kee kiosk is open 8am to 8pm

Management wake up, yall have to train your pump attendances. They are rather rude. I'm in a rush to fuel petrol as well as using toilet, a continental car arrived together with mine PHV car, attendance choose to ignore and refuse to assist me. Unprofessional services.

SHELL and Caltex always raise their Petrol price faster than any other companies. Right now, their 95 octane is the most expensive in Singapore. If not for DirectAsia $6 coupon, I wouldn’t pump here at all. My car engine seems rough after two rounds of SHELL 95 octane. Disappointing!

Good place however, this malay lady at the cashier should stop asking if I want a receipt or not. By law, you are suppose to issue a receipt when there is a transaction. Not the first time. But many times.

Can the people promoting purewax outside this shell station please go away? Its very irritating keep forcing to buy their product.
