Shell petrol station @ Jurong West Ave 5 Not gaining good experience with 2 lady counter staff there. Pulling of long faces and long Q during peak hours with only 1 counter staff. Service need further improve. Perfer to go extra 800m for another Shell instead.

Car wash uncle didn’t dry his cloth which made no difference to drying. But everything else still okay

Theres 1 and only Indian lady there who is rude and show attitude when I kindly ask her to pump my car for me... And when i come back after paying, I said thank u to her but she pull a long face and ignored me.. Worst service ever!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. The new Shell Select does not stock as many products as the former 7-11 though. Prices are steeper, too, and fluctuates too frequently. There is a new AXS machine, right beside the doors, making it easier to execute relevant transactions. On the other hand, a UOB ATM is the only cash dispensing machine available. POSB/DBS and OCBC account holders must go to the nearby Gek Poh Shopping Centre, should they need to. The public toilets are inside, accessible through the convenience store. However, the narrow route and absence of any gradient, make it difficult for the wheelchair-bound. There is just one air pump, that sits along the lead into the carwash. Car and van drivers sometimes leave their vehicles there, denying others ease of access to the air pump. Waiting for a wash may take as long as half an hour, or as quick as ten minutes. The staff do their jobs well, although they may sometimes be too playful.

On the website it states 24hours, but when I was there at 1am I was told that it was close and the staff goes home at 1030pm. Then why do you even state on your website that the car wash is open 24hours? It is truest disappointing and misleading to state on the website that the car wash is open for 24hours and I have to make an extra detour and wasted time to come to this car wash

Please do not go for car servicing at this place. I went because there was no queue and now I understand there is no queue because it is a dishonest shop. Supposed to do a 36 point check but the most basic of head light light bulb not working they did not manage to tell me, but tell me a whole list of things need to replace. I believe there are better options around. Thank you.
