★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls do not engage them to polish yr marble & vanish parquet flooring cause they never did a good job at all, even gaps were not filled up. Their Indian workers were cheap & not skillful, but charge u premium as skillful wirkers. They cut corner some more & did not use adequate materials to shine the marble flooring & vanish the parquet.
Their ceramic tiles work was uneven in living & toilets. Particularly toilet flooring had some toilet drainage problem.
Their painting job was not professional as Nippon Paint, even though their price was about the same. They did not apply proper sealer paint & sufficent paint. The Indian painter only painted very very thin layer like 1x coating but told you painted 2-3x coatings.
Conclusion is I will never engage or use them for any future renovation works.

Very professional and responsive. They did exactly what I wanted. The painting works was near perfection. Their carpentry services are outstanding too.
I also did door vanishing and floor polishing. I couldn’t be more impressed. Very value for money.
When they are handing over my house. I still receive a floor cleaning solution for free! Kudos!
Thank you Sheng Bee for providing my dream home. Will definitely engage in your services again!
