This must be its newest branch. Service is better and more attentive BUT it reduces the size of its meatballs!

Disappointed, I went berserk and wolfed down countless servings from the chilli counter.
That will teach you not to mess with people's meatballs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't eaten at this chain for over 2 years, came back and was impressed by their customer service. Felt like I was being taken cared by a second mother. That aside, the food was awesome. Do get their tomato soup if its your thing as it flavours your meat extremely well.
Will definitely come back to eat again! ( thanks for the free plushie)

Tomato soup not sour enough ? but overall satisfied with the food standard and price (about $31 per person). Service by the manager is excellent! She was very polite and proactive in service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a little hidden gem, but apparently very popular spot, consistently crowded during weekends.
Hotpot Menu is extremely confusing for the first timer, as SHI LI FANG sports a dizzying array of “combo” packages to simplify operations and to enhance appeal to quick-meal customers.
Mala soup base has 3 levels of spice, and is flavourful. Tomato soup base rivals top dog HAI DI LAO at it’s own price point.
Ingredients are normal and acceptable at this price point.
Service tends to be a little spotty, and I wish they would intro their meat (sometimes piled into the same place) for the new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying the hot pot from this company. I must say this is quite a gem. The crowd is constant but you don’t have to queue too long beyond 15 min to get a seat.
As the menu is based on a set meal approach, it is actually quite easy to order. The pork slices are very generous and fresh! The base level mala soup for once is very easy on the mouth and tasty. Pork bone soup is also well prepared. For the sauces, my recommendation is to get two of the option 2 spicy sauce plus one option 1 sesame sauce. Then you mix the sesame sauce equally into the two option 2 sauces to get a perfect blend of sauce.
The portion allocated as a set meal is enough for most large eaters as well. Service is not too bad and quite prompt. Overall a very good alternative to HDL.
