★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pricing is attractive but the speed is really abysmal, tried it for the first time to book a 1 day delivery for an 8kg bulky parcel with both Ninjavan and Qxpress but it seems like it's gonna take 2 weeks after booking for the company to finally pick it up. Actually it hasn't even been picked up yet so I'm hoping it actually gets picked up tomorrow. Wouldn't consider this company if I wasn't working from home.
