Made online purchase for self collection to cut on queuing time. But turn out self collection queue is much longer then the walk in purchase. Not systematic at all.

Busy uniform shop brimming with parents and school children. This is the process we figured out on our trip, hope it helps: 1. Queue to enter glass door entrance for walk-in purchases. 1 adult + 1 child only. 2. Online order collection is on the right hand side door. 3. Once in, queue on the right for staff to attend to you. Intro your kid, state the school and types of attires (uniform/ PE/ house etc) the senior staff are very good at eye power to guesstimate the sizes. 4. Fit in the fitting area with curtains (or wherever there is space). 5. Once sizes are confirmed, queue on RHS to get actual quantity. Remember to check that you are given those from the correct school/house. Young staff gave me another school pinafore /house color. 6. Fill in name tag forms if needed. 7. Queue on LHS to make payments by cash/Nets only. They sell a variety of school bags, shoes, socks etc but the shop may be too busy for browsing.

Staff very Friendly n patient.. apologized for the belts out of stock for size 40..very few students are of this size, I supposed...time to reduce weight...food for ???

2nd time purchasing uniform from this company. Super poor management. 1 queue serve everyone even thou we know which size we are getting! Last year, i waited for 1hr 50mins just to get my son's uniforms. Given their "part timer" sizes written on paper SO CLEARLY, and yet the part timer only give 1 each and ask me to try again! What? I already written the sizes so clearly, and still need to try? Fine, I give their part timer the benefit of doubt for following instruction. But I do state very clearly, I Do Not Need To Try! So ended up, everyone got to wait again. Some are still trying sizes within payment queue, I don't blame those still trying. But seriously, why don't your staff allow those who are ready to make payment first instead of standing there looking at the queue pathetically. I think MOE should look into such matters while engaging such poor management tailors in future.

Delivery package arrived with wrong type of uniform but was quick to deliver the correct type accordingly to my order placed on the day i called. Kudos for the prompt service recovery.

Went on 31st dec, afternoon. Thankfully the queue is short! Fast to transact. Ample parking. The entrance to the building - Northstar is not from the main road! Yikes! Accepts nets or cash only!

If zero Star can be given... I would have rated that. Purchased name tag n the given date for collection was 27th. Came on e given date Q and was told the name tag will be sent to the school. And the guy told me "I must have input the collection info" when I asked then why the collection info was stated on the invoice. Have to re- queue to buy uniform. The queue and signs were not stated clearly. If I have known the name tags collection was in school I would have purchased the uniforms in school. NO Q at all.

Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The queue moves quite quickly. The store opens slightly before 12pm when they have enough manpower to serve the crowd. I will suggest parents to buy online if you have the existing uniform or you have the time to wait for delivery.
