โ โ โ โ โ Such a big company but no staff managing phone calls. Trying to resolve my redemption at the counter twice but to hear that we have past dateline and they forfeit the claim. On the what ground are they allow to forfeit when the counter staff say no voucher when we went and collect on Dec 23 2019.
counter staff say call office but office no one pick up. So what is next course of action ??? would some one advise what can I do about it

โ โ โ โ โ Went to The outlet at Nex. When realised that membership is not updated, I called up the branch at Nex. A woman sounded impatient and told me off that it is not updated by them. It done by their head office. Not so fast .. this is how to reply me. It will only be done as and when the person in the office is free. Then ranting on that whatโs the big deal as my points so little. Only can redeem $10. When I press on for a tentative timeline . She responded to me how she knows , itโs not done by them.. maybe a month or longer. From what I know now, Shiseido branch in Singapore has a team of poor management & Poor service
