★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very patient to advise the payment procedures online via the FB Messenger when I was having problems with my OTP. The games' pricing may not the cheapest but at least very reasonable & affordable. Will order from Shopitree again. One suggestion for Shopitree though, is to take off all the items which are 'Sold Out'. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than 48 hours delivery for a PS4 pro (ordered on 7 May which was a public holiday and received on 9, a Saturday) ! By far the best game shop I have tried over the past week . They even included as random game the one I asked !
Happy to have chosen them for the main item I bought.
Others:
Amazon - FF7 Remake took a week to deliver
Qisahn - 2 games ordered, one it seems they forgot to add in the package (waiting for them to investigate)... but delivery was fast as well, less than 48 hours
Sony official store on Lazada - Ordered one game which is not yet shipped
Playstation store - Instant "availability" and best price on sales but may take some time to download :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preordered a PS5 and collected on launch date. Working fine so far. Staff there were very friendly and even leave a note and explained patiently to me what not to do for my new PS5 due to the PS5 launch issues. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to redeem my free switch today. Usually my experience with redemption centres are that the people are aloof and unfriendly, and just want you to take your thing and go away. But for Shopitree, the gentlemen inside and the lady who attended to me were very warm, friendly and helpful. Instead of just asking me to sign a form and then just passing me the switch, she went thru each item in the box one by one, explained warranty terms patiently, and intro me some games without being pushy. It was a very pleasant experience and I ended up buying 2 games to go along with the switch. I will come again if I want to buy more games.
