β β β β β Hey Shot zone, I signed up the 2nd package after a good experience with my 1st package (10 sessions). But I am starting to feel that this place is not welcoming anymore. Did a booking for 5:30pm today and I arrived at 5:15pm. The staff was pretty unfriendly and told me that I can only start using the machine exactly at 5:30pm. That was fine and I took a ball to warm up at an empty court... The staff came over and then rudely told me that I cannot be inside any court before 5:30. He then pointed to a caucasian and stated that it was the instruction of the owner?!?! I started my session at 5:30 and at 6.05pm, the same staff came over and told me that I had to stop playing... apparently he thought that I had overrun my time. Insane attitude and especially it wasnβt too crowded. Totally unprofessional staff in a training facility that claims to be premium and great.

β β β β β The place is nice but service is so bad and staff are so rude. We booked a later time but arrived early. The court had no booking but staff refused to let us use it before our booking time. We had to wait till our time while the court is empty. The staff gets paid to sit and stare at the empty court but we donβt. Please be more flexible! Or itβs reserved for the special vips that we canβt see?

β β β β β My basketball mad 12yr old & his best mate did a 2hr session with a coach. Coach was brilliant with the boys, and training was exceptional...boys absolutely loved the session. Alot of ball handling skills & shooting skills. They are super keen to do it again & again. Highly recommend if your looking for practice & to improve skills.

β β β β β A good place to train your shots in this indoor air-con courts. Booked online for Zone Training for $30+ ($25+ for members) and can play up to 4 players per half court. After 1 hour of training with a friend and our arms are very tired after shooting about 200+ shots together. Great to train on a rainy day. Highly recommended to park your car at public lots as weekday charges in the building is $4.80 per hour.

β β β β β Entrance is a bit difficult to find, and had to go around the compound as the signs/directions didn't tell where exactly the location is.
Area is a bit crowded and compact, felt like 1 standard-sized basketball court divided into 4 smaller half-courts.
Aircon is strong, so your sweat would cool down quite quickly.
