★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are feeling there is something wrong and it's effecting your daily life it is worth talking to a professional .Dr shriya is patient and understand the problems very minutely.she is flexible with session durations if required but still manages punctuality. My experience is satisfactory as we first distribute the problems then work on a case by case basis and she doesn't overwhelm me with mechanical approach. She approaches for steady but permanent behavioural change through standard clinical paradigms.I highly recommend her .
