Watch out for their “autorenewal” already-ticked box if you happen to buy from them.
They turned my customer experience into a nightmare: GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
No wonder why you didn’t activate the “leave a review” option on your Facebook page.

I cannot believe they have not been investigated. They essentially hold your credit card information hostage and charge it as if you were a customer. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As mentioned by many others, shutterstock keeps your credit card information and continues to charge you money even if you don’t even use their service, and also after you requested for a cancellation. The customer service just pretends that they’re trying to help but offers a cancellation by charging more money, and then they just play dead and continues to charge the monthly fee as if nothing happened.
