Used to patronise their mookata a lot because it was cheap and the portion of their food was bigger as compare to other Siam Square Mookata, the hygiene was also better i guess. Right now the price increases, portion got lesser and the hygiene got worst - very super jialet. Will not go back there given a choice Updated: Hygiene problem like the plates and utensil. The plate and utensil are dirty and have leftover rice sticking to the spoon. I literally have to use wet wipes and water to clean and wash before eating the food

The rubbish bin is very near to the sitting area causing a strong bad smell. The bowls and spoons are not properly washed. Hope to see an improvement next time.

I would have given it 4 stars easily, because of the cheap and tasty food with very decent price. However, I am giving it 1 star simply because of hygiene issues. Halfway through our meal, 3 cockroaches crawled out of the stove probably because of the heat inside, not even sure if there were even more and we panicked.. went to the stall to ask about it. They were slow to respond and after telling them the second time, we have our seats changed. The previous stove was left there regardless even after 2 hours. We were being really nice about it that we didn’t complain or anything, but they could really have reassured us better or at least offer us something.

So their chilli, never state less spicy, medium, spicy anymore. So i went and ask which is medium and which is spicy. That fking long fringe ahbeng swap both chilli and say verbally “this one” without pointing which is which. So assuming the one with little chilli left is medium. I asked again, got anymore? I want more and is there a bowl? I got shouted by the ahbeng “you go sit down first food come i give you”. Okay this spoilt my mood already. But its okay. Asnd so the worst, two ahbengs at work, one only cook porridge and neglect us that waited 30mins for food. Another ahbeng inside for freaking 30minutes not sure what is he doing, no pot out no set up no food. My wife asked them, they say preparing, waited another almost 10mins. We gave up and left the hideous place. This was my wife and i favourite mookata at boonlay when it was two thai lady working. Now these two ah bengs. Totally sucks, can tell all customer are unhappy. One if them order just white rice, they put the white rice for over 10mins on the cashier table not serving to them Siam square mookata from boonlay please reconsider and hire a decent human to work. Best of all they prepare food and cook and serve without mask on :) power

very bad hygiene. bowls and spoons were dirty can see stains and dirt. public rubbish bin was placed very near the shop area causing the area to have a very strong rubbish smell while eating. portable stove was also not cleaned properly , have stains and dirt. staff was not wearing mask while serving us . hope this place can be improved so we can come back again

Needs more improvement when it comes to hygiene. Spoons and bowls haven't washed properly. Dirty dishes are piling up outside the counter. The area is near the garbage bin. Worst mookata experience so far. Hope to see improvement in the future.

One of the best places to go to when we have strong mookata cravings late at night. Have been visiting this outlet for many years . Even though Recently they having bad times I don’t think because of this case will stop me and my friends for going . And I meet Their lady boss before ! she is a very nice and friendly person to chat with so I believe she also don’t wish this thing to happen @ her shop . After see the news and comment ,I can feel how sad or stress the lady boss is . Cheer up . We will still be your regular customer no matter what :) cheers !

They have a huge hygiene issue. Not all plates and bowls are washed properly. I hope they really take some effort to wash. Other time I went and this time i went, the bacon isn’t fresh and I asked it to be changed and got a fresh bacon. I hope they will check the food before sending out. The food is nice but certain things are turn off as mentioned above.
