They are very caring people, and can teach you technique without you feeling overwhelmed by techniques themselves! I feel that I could express my better in other aspects of my life too. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the ways Chiok teaches us and focuses on individuals to guide and help us to explore our bodies when dancing, and doing the exercises.
She is patient and gives clear explanations to help us visualise while we execute the steps and exercises.
She focuses and builds on foundations on the steps, exercises rather than choreography which I prefer.
