Signage Singapore was previously called Excel Signage.
They went MIA after I had paid them.
So, I went to their office, but it did not exist.
I have been trying to contact them at 8110 7924 for more than a month and have not been successful.
If you have had the same experience as me, please join me in filing a police report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This “company” is run by scammers. The signage came with the panel broken and they just blocked me on WhatsApp without any intention to rectify it. They even went so far to change their name on Google to Signage Singapore. They were previously known as Excel Signage. DO NOT PURCHASE NO MATTER WHAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy at your own risk. All good before payment. After payment, they took a long time to respond & send item. Item came from India. It arrived with the wrong adaptor and they have zero after sales service. Does not reply to WhatsApp or email and no intention it seems to resend correct adaptor.
Update: After 5 msgs & 2 emails to them over 2 weeks, Finally someone replied 'I did not see your msg, I was on sick leave' and said they have sent out an extra 3 pin already. However he proceed to ask for my address and said will send from shopee instead of India as shipping from India will take very long.
3 weeks on & 2 messages checking on updates later, no one is replying again. It is very disappointing how some businesses are conducted.

I cannot say enough how helpful and responsive they were in the pre-sale process.
But after you make the payment, the nightmare begins!!!
Over time, their responses slowed down, sometimes they did not reply at all, and they declined my calls whenever I attempted to reach them.
Finally, after several painful weeks of waiting, I received my order, but it was broken!
Despite contacting them immediately, they blue ticked me and are now MIA.
Upon visiting their office at the listed address, I discovered that there was no one!!!
Additionally, their company name has changed from Excel Signage to Signage Singapore recently.
For any of you experiencing the same issue as me, I urge you to file a report with the police and CaseTrust.
