Phone-enquiries may come across a little snappy, short and sweet; but you'll understand why if you drop by their shop to see how busy it can get in there with the various print-on-demand "stations". Despite that, the knowledgeable and helpful boss(es) always make time to understand what my final print product needs to look and available budget; and advises on materials, print process, costs etc. accordingly. Keep up the great work :)
