★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to consider if you want to buy for your own stay. However for those who are considering to rent, here are some of our experiences during our stay here:
1) Parcel thefts- There is no cctv at mailing area and management refuse to accept parcels on your behalf.
2) There is a major construction right next door. It has just started so be prepared for dust and noise for a long time to come.
3) Rent will increase about 10% annually and for that rate, there are many better options out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst condo management in whole Singapore, please do not waste your money to stay here!! Really happy to be moving out of this place as the whole staff lack basic courtesy. Extremely disrespectful and rude security at the parking gantry. Every other question is dodged or I am pointed towards the management office. The security is so blur about visiting hour rules.. on top of that visiting is permitted but parking is not?? It is very unprofessional and the management needs to work on their team. Please enforce treating visitors/outsiders with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very near city, near MRT and 2 bus stops at doorstep, good amenities and good food around. Beautiful place with greeneries, great facilities especially the pool with jaccuzi and polo nets. Great community, mix of families and expats. Great improvements after recent changes of the management office and security providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to be moving out, but we really enjoyed our time here. We don’t drive so living here made commuting much easier. Nexus international school is right next door too so our kids can just walk to school. There are many pools and jacuzzis to use so you can always find an empty one to enjoy after work.
There is a really nice residents community too with a facebook group and whatsapp chats for everything from pets to sports activities. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live in singapore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here has been incredibly pleasant. The security and management have been very friendly throughout our time here. And there are so many facilities that it really feels like a resort. Its also so convenient. The MRT is only a few minutes away and is only a few stops from town not to mention the number of direct buses I can catch right outside the condo. There are also so many good restaurants/hawker centres nearby like sims drive market and food centre for chicken rice, carrot cake and the famous beancurd! As well as all the geylang food places. Great place to live if you love good food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traffic noise here is terrible even for towers not facing PIE! Traffic noise can be heard even at 2am. Avoid Tower 2 that is facing Aljunied Road junction or the tower facing PIE. Or avoid this condo if you're sensitive to sound pollution.
Pro is the convenience to MRT and food options nearby.
