The older residential condo will big and spacious units

I live here, so I do have a lot to say! First let's start off with the houses. There are 3 types, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, offering various different views including the city, the poolside, and toward the monastery and temple. Houses are quite big, and rooms are a good size, but you may need to renovate for some more space if needed. The management is also great. They are always open to feedback, and are ready for any problem that can occur, with a standby electrician. There are also many things like mask distribution taking place here, which makes it convenient for residents. Let's move on to facilities. There are about 7 open grass spaces, one fish pond, one golf area, 2 tennis courts, 3 pools, gym, multi purpose hall, table tennis, a playground, 5 outdoor exercise facilities, 4 BBQ pits and washrooms. Phew. The carpark is quite big too, if you have a car. Oh, and there is a bus stop directly next to the condo, named after the condo, Sims Ville, with about 8-9 bus services, and the condo has a direct pathway to Paya Lebar MRT (circle line and green line) station. Also connected to 4 malls, PLQ, PLS, Singpost, Kinex, and a local aljuneid market (shenshiong, ntuc, Giant, McD), as well as the geylang public library. There are just too many to mention. One setback is the lack of vending in the condo. Many condos have minimarts and shops, however there is only 1 vending machine in the entire condo, and only serving cold drinks. However, due to its close proximity to resources, it makes up for it. Overall, great management, houses, facilities and communication, making this condo a suitable home, at least for me.
