Sin Chew Chinese Cultural Products Supermart has est business since 1985. A one-stop shop for buddhist artefacts items, fengshui products and natural stones and crystals. Great experiences to visit the place.

Poor customer service. Bought a pair of lotus lamp from them previously and it is no longer working now. Went back to seek help and was served by an unfriendly auntie and rude and arrogant plump man who mocked at the fact that the lamp is old and burnt out. Zero sincerity to serve customer. Sensed his half-heartedness. When I turned my back and left, overheard his colleague asking him about the situation and he commented sarcastically and mocked “nothing much, so amazing, used the lamp until it’s burnt haha”. I wanted to ask him, is this funny to him? In what sense? Poor values. I bought a beautiful lamp from the store and appreciate it. Is it wrong or shameful to want to find out what is wrong with the lamp? He even commented that it is made of plastic base and basically implying not to expect too much. Is he suggesting the products sold aren’t durable? Due to such people with distorted mindset, earth is facing global warming. Will not patronise the store again. Basically looking down on customer for looking to repair a “cheap” product instead of buying. The fact I went back means I trusted the shop and could have been a return customer. But never again. If you are looking for zen products for your home, to you somewhere else with better energies. I feel disgusted by the attitude of the staff there. P.s. no misunderstanding here. I heard it loud and clear and the entire experience was unpleasant and disappointing. I did feedback to a staff from bracelet counter and she was kind. Should hire more staff like her with the right values and attitude. Thank you.
